Our client was sued in North Tonawanda City Court. National Collegiate Student Loan Trust sued our client in five (5) cases. Each case brought by National Collegiate Student Loan Trust was $4,170.41, $5,028.99, $8,530.69, $8,591.88 and $11,981.90 totaling $38,303.87. Debt Defense Attorney Jason Shear fought the cases and eventually the Plaintiff agreed to discontinue the five (5) student loan cases. Our client did not have to pay the $38,303.87 to the debt collectors.
