Stephen Einstein & Associates, P.C., on behalf of its debt buyer client Crown Asset Management, LLC, sent an Information Subpoena and Questionnaire to my client’s bank even though the judgment was against his daughter and not against our client. His bank account was frozen for a month, which made handling his personal and business finances exceedingly difficult. Our office got the account unfrozen. We then sued Stephen Einstein & Associates, P.C. and Crown Asset Management, LLC under the FDCPA and obtained a confidential settlement for our client.
